Went in on Saturday with the biggest (un-celotaped) bag to return to an online retailer and not only did the man celotape (GAFFER TAPE, I add) it for me (for free) he was also polite and kind whilst doing it! Made my Saturday a lot easier and more pleasant! He did this for another parcel too, may I add, thankfully this one was a little smaller. Thank you! Fabulous customer service!
