Excellent food and drinks. Sometimes full but give it a few minutes and a space will turn up.No longer selling good bread made on premises
I visited this cafe today as I heard it was under new management. The social media has been on point all week and got me excited to visit. The food was tasty, really tasty and presented well and the actual cafe is lovely. It was VERY busy, and I could see staff were rushed but they were doing their best and were polite. I intend to go back, as I believe this cafe has huge potential and I would urge others who have left negative reviews to give it another try when things have settled down! I cant imagine it is easy taking over a well known successful business, so well done all involved.
Very pool service!!Just 2 cups of coffee and one piece of cake , I wait for over 20mins !!!!They said they r new owner now , so they r not ready for many customers!!!The cake was too dry,and coffee was warm not hot !!Wont come here again!!!!Hehe
Really disappointed by this cafe after reading all the rave reviews. The service was very very slow - we waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches - and the staff were unapologetic about the wait. Admittedly, it was very busy and the staff are trying to handle table service and huge numbers of lunchtime take aways at the same time but that's no excuse for being brusque and borderline rude. It's clearly a place loved by regulars and the food was good but it was a shame to have such a negative experience the only time we've visited.
Second and final visit. Bad coffee and a very obnoxious woman, who after treating us like furniture and hearing our private conversation about the service, waited for us to pay and "banned" us before we could leave for good. A bizarre experience, deeply unpleasant - frankly there's too many alternatives to risk visiting this dreary industrial estate to pay 20 quid for instant coffee, eggs and toast. Avoid.
