Great customer service from Keith. I really felt reassured that he knew his stuff and was a genuine seller. Never bought a BMW before but Keith's knowledge and genuine attitude made me sure I'd made the right choice. If I had any problems I feel absolutely sure that Keith would sort things out for me. A brilliant car, highly specced, well looked after and serviced top to bottom front to back by Banks, a BMW specialist.Keith, the proprietor of Banks was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honestly, we've purchased several used cars over the years and a lot of those arrogant salesmen out there could learn a thing or to from Keith.After having a problem with the ventilation system to the front seats, and taking it to Bowker of Preston (who replaced a part that cost several hundred pounds, and even in their honest opinion, would likely not fix the problem), we had our fill of those idiots and rung Keith to Get his expert opinion as a BMW specialist.Over the course of four days, all of which apart from one we were left with a courtesy car, Keith bent over backwards to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. All the more impressive considering the fact that BMW Bowker in Preston had the car for a week, during which time not only could they not find the fault, but they replaced a working 400 part that they actually believed wouldn't fix the problem in the first place.If you are after a second hand top condition BMW, and can't be bothered dealing with the arrogance from the majority of BMW main dealers, go and see Banks Motors. We are more than impressed. 5 star service.
