Really poor untrustworthy service. Told me they would collect me by 0749. Never arrived. During calls over the following two hours they said they were stuck in traffic on the local by pass (I checked there was no issues there). Then they were stuck in traffic on the main road in town. I could see that from where I was stood. There was no traffic. They told me that they would be with me in 5 minutes, then it was 10. Then they were around the corner. Then it was 3 minutes. They turned up about a quarter of an hour after the last three minute promise. I got a text off Stuart the manager at 0830 telling me the truck was stuck in traffic. I text back asking where. He read and ignored. The van eventually arrived at 10 am. The driver only received the call at 0903. So I was stuck in the cold for three hours when I could have been somewhere local having a coffee. Dont go with this firm Unless you want to be messed aboutOnly positive - the driver was great. Collected he car fast and took me where I wanted to go.
