Myself and my partner purchased our iCandy pram from here for our first born. We were both blown away with the Burscough unit and its friendly staff.The products available are top notch but more importantly, the customer service was a cut above the rest. Both myself and my partner had visited several baby stores in the North West area before we discovered Direct4Baby. As soon as we stepped foot into the Burscough unit we both knew we had wasted our time even going anywhere else.Staff are super friendly and always ready to help and their product knowledge is fantastic. We put a deposit on our pram and were told we can pay it off bit by bit and we were under no pressure at all or any deadline to pay in full and collect which was just music to our ears. It was also price matched without any issue which was a big bonus for us!We came in yesterday to pick our pram up and it was very kindly put together for us and we were shown again the features and a refresh on how to collapse and erect the pram. It was also helped loaded into the car for us and I didnt even ask I honestly cant say a bad word about the staff and this brilliant company. Everything was perfect. Not a single negative at all. Fantastic service - called this afternoon to make a stock enquiry for a car seat we were struggling to find. Spoke to a really nice lady called Collette, and they had one in stock! Paid, and collected it an hour later from their showroom in Ormskirk. Even offered to fit it for me.Can't say better really - absolutely brilliant - will be using again!
I dealt with Jay at direct4baby and he was brilliant, he couldnt be more helpful. He was really thorough in explaining all the different features and models available in the Egg range I wanted. It was a much higher level of customer service than I have experienced at any of the national baby stores. There was no sales pressure and I left feeling 100% satisfied with everything that we bought. Would recommend to anyone and will be using for future purchases!
Great experience dealing with Direct 4 baby. After searching high and low for an Egg parasol (everywhere out of stock) I finally found one at Direct 4 baby, the lady and Jay who I dealt with were so helpful on the phone and really made my day by telling me they had stock of this item. The item was sent out the same day (free delivery) and I received it the next day. Will definitely be buying from them again!
