Was quoted 20 and a half hour wait I think it was about a year ago to take a link out of a rolex bracelet, they must of smelt stupid because the nice man in church street jewlers only wanted 1 in the charity box to do it and did it in front of me within 2 minutes. Was the half hour wait to justify the 20 charge???
