We have taken our cat here to the vets. The vets were friendly and very knowledgeable , putting our minds at ease. Would not go anywhere else now. The shop is great , large selection of items and the staff are friendly and are willing to advise if need help.

Visited the groom room to have my nervous dog bathed and groomed and paws clipped.The staff were really good and put both me and my dog at ease.She came out smelling beautiful with tail wagging.I would definitely recommend.

Great customer service! Really friendly member of staff helped me get things to refurb my 3-tier rabbit hutch so it's ready for overwintering 3 rescue hedgehogs from Woodlands animal sanctuary. Good store, typical Pets at Home layout and content. Plus noticed there's Vets 4 Pets and also a grooming parlour upstairs. But this is the first pets at home review I've written and that's because of the member of staff who helped me and had a chat about what would be best for the hedgehogs to make sure they're warm, dry and safe (I'll buy the food from Woodlands).
